ODB2 to 4 Pin wire diagram

I wanted to create my own ODB2 to 4 Pin converter but I can find the wire diagram anywhere. Does anyone here ever build something like that?

This is what I want to accomplish:

So I can reset the fault codes with a default OBD2 tool.
