Thank you gentlemen for the feedback:fact...and special thanks to Corey. Always liked purchasing from you in the past and the tech knowledge is good.:fact

Order placed for Stealth (red) +2 520 for a very torque minded girl.....plus a couple other red aluminum goodies:sneaky

I'll takes some pics and tell results. Personally I'm looking forward to a little more 2nd gear finishing and exiting quick turns....plus Stealth looks pretty damn interesting.:flex:

I'll send it back to Corey's doorstep if it is irregular:hammer::crash

have to say that this was cheapest mode i did with best performance increase. Front wheel likes to go up but it can be easily controlled. Best thing is that i have continious power and torque on rear wheel through all RPM which i didnt have with stock bike (especially between 3000-7000 RPM)

how about your front brakes? do you trust them?
I trust my front brakes very much. Quality lines and pads. I late break quite well, so yes....I trust 'em:fact

i don't really see any wear on it yet, only put around 500 miles on it this past summer.
I don't commute, however, ride Diego canyons hard every weekend and track in between. Very much looking forward to the new chain set:fact

Will advise results.....

I put well over 5k hard miles on my rear sprocket last season (520 stealth/supersprox, DID ERV3 chain) and it looked nearly brand new when I removed it.
You'll enjoy it :thumbup

Just got this for xmas.. No one with "hands on" experience?
I have used stealth sprockets on three of my last bikes. I had it on an 04 R1, 07 R1 and now on my 08 1000RR. I love them and haven't had any issues with them at all, which is why I keep buying them for all my bikes. I haven't worn one out yet. I have 18k miles (uncorrected with -1 in the front) on my cbr and it's still going strong. It's a 520 also with a DID chain. Keep in mind that I do have a smaller front sprocket, so there is additional torque from that, and I used to wheelie quite a bit. I have stock gearing on the rear on my cbr because I made a mistake when looking up the tooth count. I meant to go one up, which is what I had on the R1s. So I have all together about 30,000 miles on 3 different stealth sprockets and I'm happy with them. I think they look pretty sick too, and I don't have to worry about the teeth breaking like aluminum sprockets like to do. I didn't really get to test the longevity on my R1s because they got stolen.

I've looked through threads going back to 2002 and didn't see any claims of out of round sprockets on this Forum.

I've known a few folks that run them exclusively and have not had a problem.

You'll be fine with one, David. :fact
