back in Days RR like zx7rr and such, stood for Race Replica. but who knows there codes and meanings now.

 

Yeah, I think the Honda's "RR" (i.e. 1000RR) still stands for Race Replica. As far as I was told by the local dealer.
R, could also sometimes stand for "Rennsport" which means "Race" (i.e. Metzeler Rennsport (race) Tires)
