Appears to be a front brake reservoir that is naked. It needs to look something like this.

+1... its a cup holder. just throw the liquid out of it and pour some hot coffee and straw for quick sip. no drilling or modification needed.






...... :lol aite guys. some point of time we all were at that stage. i should'nt be laughing at this but i know it will come back to me. if not now then later. but this site is much more than just making fun of noobs. help them out!. but if they get out of control. i guess then it will be rite to make fun of...:chair:

Thanks for the answers, even though they were, a little more than I expected. I'm new to this so ofcourse I have questions. There was a point were everyone of you didnt know what that was, so you either asked someone, or you found out another way.

Ok I can agree with you to certain extent. But do yourself a favor man, if you have any simple questions as this one just ask yours friends. I mean that was really really simple question and if you have any bit common sense you should of figured that out on your self. Look at it bro..... its attached to your brake lever and has fluid......... What else can it be except "brake fluid". Every guy thats into bikes/cars should know that brakes need fluid. And if the case is you have no clue what so ever read your freaking manual. This is exactly why dealers get away with alot of shit. Your question was almost like asking "whats that dark oily liquid inside my engine....... OIL
